Healthy Ireland at your Library is a national framework for action to improve the health and wellbeing of Ireland over the coming generation.

At Cavan Library Service we're actively promoting and supporting this programme and we invite you to join us! Attend our special events on health and wellbeing, visit your library for more information or engage with the Healthy Ireland in your Library programme online.

The Healthy Ireland at Your Library programme will provide a range of resources, services and support to users and communities throughout Cavan.

We will provide

  • Guidance on access to information on health and wellbeing

  • Events - Talks, discussions and workshops with a focus on physical health, mental health and health literacy.
